Because every item is individually made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, your satisfaction is my priority.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [nikitajaingallery@gmail.com] with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will do our best to make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Eligibility for approved returns
In the rare event that a return is approved:
